Rafael Juarez, M.D.
 Dr.
Juarez is a native of Southern California and received his undergraduate
degree from San Diego University with a Bachelor of Science in
Microbiology. He completed his internship and residency at Lutheran
Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Juarez is a member of the
American Medical Association, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists,
Clark County Medical Society, Clark County OB/GYN Society, Nevada State Medical
Society and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons . Dr. Juarez is fluent
in Spanish and enjoys wood carving and carpentry in his spare time, as well
as spending time with his wife and 4 sons. Dr. Juarez’patient and gentle
manner has earned him a large and loyal patient following.
Natalie Metcalf, P.A.-C
 Natalie
is our Ob/Gyn physician assistant. She can take care of you
for your annual exams, birth control needs, gynecological complaints
or problems, menopause management, and pregnancy care. She
received her P.A. degree from the
Touro University in Las Vegas.
Tancy
 Tancy
is our office administrator. Tancy handles daily operations and is always available.
Lesa & Jill
Lesa and Jill
work in the nurse office and are often the women on the other end of the
phone when you call with a medical question. Lesa or Jill will see you at your
second prenatal visit to take your history and give some information on
diet, exercise, and childbirth classes. They are both very knowledgeable in all
aspects of contraception, menopause, pregnancy, and gyn problems and are
always happy to help answer your questions.
Janine
 Janine works in the billing office.
Janine is available to answer any of your financial questions.
Marisa
 Marisa works in our back office as medical assistant. She will take your
history, blood pressure, weight, and check your urine as indicated. She has many years of experience working in women’s health.
Tina
 Tina is our certified ultrasonographer. She is very experienced and will conduct all of the in-office ultrasounds.
Kathy
 Kathy works in the front office. Kathy will help with all
of your needs at the time of check-out. She will schedule follow-up
visits if indicated, help with insurance payments, and start
the prior authorization process with insurance companies.
Allyson
 Allyson is our OB Coordinator. She assists our pregnant patients with any non-medical needs related to initial scheduling, benefits and financial issues. Allyson also is our surgery scheduler. She obtains proir authorization from your insurance company, schedules the surgery and sees that your post operative visit is scheduled.
